When you submit a form, send an email or otherwise reach out we process the details you choose to share so we can respond to your enquiry.

• Name and contact details (email and phone number).
• A description of the assignment or question you raise.
• Preferred contact method and any other information you provide.

2. Why we process your data

We only use your information to communicate with you and plan potential engagements. The processing is based on your consent and/or our legitimate interest in responding to incoming requests.

• Answer questions and schedule meetings.
• Prepare proposals and solution outlines.
• Follow up on previous conversations when relevant.

3. How long we keep the data

We store your details while our dialogue is active and up to six months afterwards if no assignment starts. Should we enter an engagement, personal data processing is governed by our client agreement.

4. Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data. You may also restrict processing or object to how we use your information. Contact us and we will help you.
